Yoga Immersion Retreat
Return To Your True Nature: Balance
with Colleen Dwyer and Graham Fuze
Postponed until spring/summer 2024
At Sacred Solar Sanctuary, Rainier, WA
Balance is something that constantly changes. This is apparent if you stand on one foot, you get to feel the little shifts that are constantly taking place for you to keep your physical balance.
Over the course of the weekend you will be guided through yoga practices that will help you embrace the essence of your true nature. We can experience balance when we are in tune with our subtle energy.
- Drawing from the Eight Limbs of Yoga -
You will experience practices that take you inwards to realign with yourself, others to release what is not serving you at this time, and lastly practices to open you to receive all that creates balance.

Yoga sessions include asana (postures), pranayama (breath regulation), pratyahara (sense withdrawal), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), and yoga nidra (yogic sleep). Asana will be hatha style yoga both gentle and active. All levels welcome.
Experience the intimacy of silence.
(we will be silent for approximately 17 hours; beginning 9pm Friday through 2pm Saturday)
We recommend that you unplug for the weekend!

“I want to thank you again for holding the wonderful yoga retreat. I really enjoyed every aspect of the program and appreciated all of the hard work and extra things you and Graham did to make it so special. The venue was beautiful, the food spectacular, and of course, the yoga top notch! I always learn so much from your instruction and value the insight your teachings bring to my practice ” - RH, Brentwood, TN
"A yoga retreat with Colleen & Graham was the best decision I made two years ago. Deciding so far in advance seemed daunting, yet I am so grateful I dove in and traveled with them in 2018 to stunning Costa Rcia. Through their amazing planning, thoughtfulness to delicious meals, activities, and yoga sessions, I achieved a level of relaxation that had been missing for a long time. Colleen and Graham are not only skilled in elevating health and restoration, but they are such a divine couple to spend time with and I will always cherish those moments and conversations. I hope to participate in more of their retreats! If you have never given yourself this kind of gift, Do it. You are worth it. Now is the time. Your mind, body and spirit will forever thank you." Your Traveling Teachers:
Based in Nashville, Colleen and Graham are life partners and the founders of BlossOMing Yoga. They currently live in their Bliss Bubble RV and travel around the country. Their dedication to well-being is evident as they start everyday doing yoga and meditation together.
Colleen Dwyer, 500 E-RYT, C-IAYT, Reiki Master, has over 24 years of yoga experience. She is a registered yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist. Originally trained in the ISHTA (Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda) Yoga tradition, Colleen individualizes yoga to each participant. . She has studied with several world renowned teachers, including Alan Finger, Amy Weintraub, Dr. Timothy McCall, and Maria Shamas. Graham Fuze has been an integral part of BlossOMing Yoga since the beginning. He has led meditation in multiple class settings, as well as private instruction. Graham uses a wide variety of techniques, helping students to find what works best for them. As he knows from many years of experience, meditation is a practice that must be adaptable.
Graham has also developed the ability to channel information. He trained with Jen (Moffat) Eramith in 2007 to read the Akashic Records, an intuitional process of quieting the mind and receiving answers to any questions that are asked. Graham has been providing individual and group readings since then, offering insights to guide participants on their way. |
