1. -BlossOMing Yoga -

A mindful practice, a combination of Hatha & Flow.  Begins with a mind-body focus and easefully moves into warming up the body. We then move into variations of sun salutations and standing postures, working into deeper stretches as the muscles in the body are prepared.  Each class is dynamic, with close attention paid to your body alignment.  Posture modifications are always given so that you may practice where your body and breath are most comfortable.  Challenging variations are offered for those of you with more advanced practices.

- Restorative Yoga -

This class focuses on our natural well being.  It begins with a breath focus, very light stretching, and then transitions into a restorative yoga practice.  Using yoga props, you relax into postures for prolonged periods of time.  With the props supporting the body, the body is able to relax on a deeper level.   The stillness of the posture allows your body to rejuvenate, your nervous system to calm, and your whole being to feel peace, which is your natural state.  With your mind and body relaxed, and your consciousness remaining alert, you are naturally guided towards health and well being.  You feel refreshed and renewed as your body and soul begin to awaken.   Pranayama, breath-exercise, is integrated throughout.  Recommended for relaxation, and those with anxiety, arthritis, asthma, back pain, cancer, diabetes,  high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, stress, also as prenatal yoga, and anyone looking to advance their yoga practice.
